DESCRIPTION / DEPOSIT
THE PARTIES: This agreement and it's provisions are for provided services for any event agreed to by the CLIENT (purchaser of services) and B&M ENTERTAINMENT (provided of services).
DATE TENATIVE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED: Your date will be held for Seven(7) calendar days, if no deposit is received the status of your date will be returned to "OPEN and AVAILIBLE" with no further notice.

AGREEMENT SPECIFICS
DEPOSIT DUE DATE Deposit is due no less then Seven(7) days after booking, NO reservation is held until a deposit is received.
BALANCE DUE DATE Remaining balance is due NO LESS than Fourteen(14) days prior to youe event.
MILEAGE B&M ENTERTAINMENT will travel up to 50 miles round trip at no extra charge. Any mileage over 50 miles will be charged at $2.00 per mile. MapQuest will be used to figure mileage prior to determining the finial price.
OVERTIME When feasible, client requests for extended playing time will be accommodated at $75 per HALF(1/2)hour. Payment for overtime is due at the time of request for extended playing time and can be made in CASH ONLY.
GRATUITIES gratuties givin to the DJ are done so at the clients sole discretion. 15% is customary for an excellent performance.
PROVISIONS Two(2) 3-prong grounded outlets (one for music equip.,one for lighting equip.) within 100' of DJ area must be provided.
FOR OUTDOOR PERFORMANCES A COVER and a SOLID, LEVEL surface must be provided for setting up sound and lighting equipment. NO DIRT, GRASS, HAY, PLYWOOD, etc. will be acceptable to set up on.
B&M ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right not to unload equipment if there is any chance of damage due to improper set up conditions of adverse weather conditions.

LIABILITY
Client accepts FULL responsibility and is liable for ANY damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with the provisions specified in this agreement.
In the event of circumstances deemed by the D.J. to be a real or implied threat of injury or harm to the D.J., EQUIPMENT or RECORDINGS the D.J. reserves the right to cease performance until such time as the client resolves the threatening situation.
D.J. reserves the right to deny the client or any guest access to DJ area, recording or equipment.
In the unlikely event that the D.J.'s performance is delayed, liability is limited to providing the client with performance time equal to the total time booked.
In the unlikely event that B&M ENTERTAINMENT is unable to fulfill this agreement for any reason, liability is limited to providing the client with a full refund of all money paid to B&M ENTERTAINMENT.

Payment may be made by cash, personal, company or cashiers check.

There will ba a $30 fee charged for all returned checked.

CANCELATION POLICY
This agreement cannot be canceled or modified except in writing or by verbal agreement agreed to by B&M ENTERTAINMENT.
If B&M ENTERTAINMENT initiates cancellation of this agreement, 100% of all money paid will be returned unless a new entertainment agreement is signed.
If the CLIENT initiates cancellation of this agreement 0 to 14 days prior to the event, 100% of any money paid will be forfeited unless a new entertainment agreement is signed.
If the CLIENT initiates cancellation of this agreement 15 to 30 days prior to the event, 75% of the deposit plus any payment processing costs will be forfeited unless a new entertainment agreement is signed.
If the CLIENT initiates cancellation of this agreement 31 to 45 days prior to the event, 50% of the deposit plus any payment processing costs will be forfeited unless a new entertainment agreement is signed.
If the CLIENT initiates cancellation of this agreement 46 to 60 days prior to the event, 25% of the deposit plus any payment processing costs will be forfeited unless a new entertainment agreement is signed.
Rescheduling of events cancelled for any reason shall be accommodated without penalty whenever possible, However NO money will be returned.
